All rental items must be returned within the timeframe specified in your rental agreement. Typically, items are due for return on the date agreed upon at the time of rental, which is usually the day following your event or as otherwise specified in your contract.

Early returns are accepted and may be arranged by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Late returns may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your rental agreement.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, subject to normal wear and tear expected from appropriate use. Items must be:

  • Clean and free of excessive dirt, stains, or damage
  • Complete with all components, accessories, and packaging
  • Properly packed and secured for transport
  • Returned to the designated location at the agreed-upon time

Any items returned in damaged condition, missing components, or excessively soiled may be subject to repair, replacement, or cleaning fees as detailed in your rental agreement.

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the delivery method selected at the time of rental:

  • Customer Pickup: If you arranged for customer pickup, you are responsible for returning items to our facility at your own expense.
  • Our Pickup Service: If you selected our pickup service, return transportation is included in your rental fee. We will coordinate a convenient pickup time with you.
  • Third-Party Shipping: If items were shipped via third-party carrier, return shipping arrangements and costs will be specified in your rental agreement.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date to confirm arrangements
  2. Ensure all items are clean, complete, and properly packed
  3. If using our pickup service, ensure items are accessible at the agreed location and time
  4. If returning items yourself, bring them to our facility during business hours
  5. Our team will inspect items upon return and note any issues
  6. You will receive confirmation of the return completion

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be designated as non-returnable due to their nature or condition. These will be clearly specified in your rental agreement. Non-returnable items typically include:

  • Items that have been significantly damaged beyond normal wear and tear
  • Custom or personalized items created specifically for your event
  • Items that have been modified or altered without our written consent
  • Consumable items that have been used

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy is subject to applicable state and federal laws. In the event of any conflict between this policy and applicable law, the law shall prevail. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Your rental agreement may contain additional terms and conditions that supplement or modify this Return Policy. In case of any conflict, the terms of your specific rental agreement shall take precedence.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your rental order subject to the following terms:

  • More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee
  • 7-14 days before event: 50% refund of the total rental fee
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund, but credit may be issued at our discretion for future rentals

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our contact form. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the original rental date, not the cancellation request date.

Refund Procedure

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the following procedure:

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with your rental order number
  2. We will review your request and verify eligibility based on this policy and your rental agreement
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the rental
  5. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Please note that any damage fees, cleaning fees, or late return fees will be deducted from refund amounts. Refunds for items returned in damaged condition will be calculated after assessment of repair or replacement costs.
